2. Price: Prices are stated in SEK including 25% VAT. VAT for delivery countries outside Sweden is handled at checkout in accordance with applicable rules. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to withdraw items that are sold out.
3. Contract: The contract takes effect when we have confirmed your order by email.
4. Right of withdrawal: As a consumer within the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. Notify us at info@mc-parts.se and return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. You pay the return shipping. We will refund all payments, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days after we have received the goods. Custom-ordered goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
5. Complaints: You have a 3-year right to make complaints under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Report defects within a reasonable time. Within 2 months is always considered reasonable.
6. Warranty: The manufacturer's warranty, for example Arnott's®, applies in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Installation: Suspension parts must be installed by a competent person. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty.
