• If the product is in our own stock, it ships within 1 business day. If it is in stock at the supplier, it ships within 3–5 business days. Otherwise it is a backorder item: contact us for a delivery date.
• Sweden: DHL Freight, normally 1–3 working days. Shipping cost SEK 99 including VAT. Other EU countries: UPS, FedEx or DHL Express, normally 2–10 working days. Shipping cost EUR 37 including VAT. The shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Damage that is visible on delivery must be reported to the carrier immediately and to us within 3 days.
