This page explains how returns, claims and warranty work at Mr-Parts Sweden AB. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you received your delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
If you have handled the item in any way other than what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct for loss in value.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, meaning items made or adapted to your wishes. Backorder items, that is standard products that we order in for you, are covered by the right of withdrawal.

You pay the return shipping yourself.
Return shipping for standard parcels:
- Sweden: 99 SEK
- Norway: 407 NOK
- Denmark: 278 DKK
- Finland: 37 EUR
- Other countries: contact us before returning
The amounts apply to standard parcels. Heavy or bulky items may cost more.
Refunds
We will refund all payments, including the standard shipping cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.
Returns and claims
Your statutory consumer rights apply. If you find a fault, contact us without undue delay at info@mc-parts.se.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, return shipping is free of charge once we have approved the claim.
Warranty
Arnott Europe provides a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- You pay for shipping and installation in a warranty case.
- Warranty cases are made through us. We handle the RMA with Arnott Europe.
- The warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Customers in Norway
If you are a customer in Norway, you order exclusive of Swedish VAT. Norwegian VAT and customs duty are invoiced to you when the goods cross the border.
Please contact us before returning an item, so that we can handle customs and VAT matters.
Installation
Install the products according to the manufacturer's instructions. Mr-Parts Sweden AB is not responsible for incorrect installation or use.
